Feed optimization service terms - Snomi

§1. Subject

1.1. These terms apply only to the one-time product feed optimization service (the Service), ordered via snomi.pl / snomi.eu or by email.

1.2. The Snomi subscription platform terms are a separate document and do not replace these terms.

1.3. The Service is for businesses only (B2B). A company tax ID (NIP) is required.

§2. Scope and catalog tier

2.1. The client selects a product-count tier and pays the price for that tier. That many products are included in the Service.

2.2. If the catalog is larger than the selected tier, we optimize as many products as the tier allows, starting with products marked as key. If the catalog is smaller, the price does not change.

2.3. We do not adjust the price after payment and we do not charge top-ups based on product-count differences.

2.4. The Service includes the work described on the offer page (including catalog audit, product copy, Merchant Center feed, and ChatGPT Ads-ready format) within the selected tier.

§3. Materials and timeline

3.1. The client provides a feed link or marks that they will send the file after ordering. We do not validate or count the feed before payment.

3.2. Delivery is within 5 business days:

from payment, when the client provided a working feed link,
from receipt of a valid file, when they marked later file upload or when the provided link is unreachable or is not a product feed.

3.3. If the link is unreachable or is not a product feed, we contact the client within one business day; the timeline starts when we receive a valid file.

§4. Price and VAT

4.1. Service prices are final amounts with no VAT. The provider is not a VAT payer; the invoice includes a VAT-exemption note with the legal basis indicated by accounting.

4.2. Payment is handled via Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24, or other methods available in Checkout). “Paid” status is set only after payment confirmation from the payment system.

§5. Order and acceptance

5.1. Placing an order on the site or paying via a mail-order payment link means acceptance of these terms in the version in force on the order date.

5.2. Acceptance is stored with the date and document version number.
